This week’s Babe of the Week is Emily Ratajkowski, who is majorly stunning and dare I say, a Mega-Babe. Many of you know her as the hottie with the incredible body from Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” video (you definitely cannot miss her in that), but Emily has been working as a model since the age of 14 – which is definitely not a surprise given her beautiful bone structure and just INSANE figure. This girl literally oozes sex appeal, and it doesn’t come off tacky or desperate – probably because it’s just natural and she isn’t even trying (ugh, jealous). Sports Illustrated, Esquire and GQ all love her- as does any camera – and she has recently starred in “Gone Girl” alongside Ben Affleck (which I cannot WAIT to finally see, btw) and is rumored to play a hyped up version of herself in the Entourage movie slated for 2015. The only thing I love more about Emily other than her unique and exotic look is the fact that she is parlaying her “breakout” role as a video vixen to actual film roles with big name stars. As a model and up and coming actress, you can bet the girl has some serious fashion sense – and to celebrate Emily Ratajkowski as Babe of the Week, here are her three best looks!
This is definitely my favourite look of Emily’s – she looks so statuesque, so poised, and basically just so flawless. The gown is tailored to fit her body perfectly, and the wine colour compliments her skin tone and hair so beautifully. I love how Emily doesn’t add any accessories to this look – her only accessory being her gorgeous face with appropriate smoky eye makeup which adds the right amount of drama. Emily’s look at the 2014 premiere of Gone Girl in NYC is the best example of her looking drop dead sexy – but still elegant and chic.
Emily definitely scores (pun absolutely intended) in this casual chic look at the 2014 GQ Super Bowl Party in NYC. What I love most about this look is that she dressed perfectly for the event, and she looks incredible – which I am starting to doubt there are ever times that she doesn’t. Her hair and makeup is kept on the simple side, and again, she kept the accessories minimal. I am obsessed with her fur collared coat, lace up booties, and am loving the monochromatic black – this look is actually something that can (and should) be recreated by us non-model fashionistas, and is perfect for when winter finally hits.
Emily looks both cute and sexy in this printed low cut jumpsuit she wore to the Revolve Clothing Relaunch party in NYC in February, 2014. This look just looks so fun to me – again, she dressed perfectly for the event, and she is showing us she literally can wear anything and still look gorgeous. With her hair tied up in a high pony, the jumpsuit really takes center stage – her body looks absolutely incredible, and the cleavage baring cut works well with the fact that every other part of her is covered up. The Bottom Line: Emily is one hell of a babe, and I know we’ll be seeing a lot more of her in mainstream projects – I, for one, can’t wait.
